The Grand Canyon National Park Foundation was incorporated in Arizona as an independent, not-for-profit (501 c 3) organization in 1995. The Grand Canyon National Park Foundation operates under an agreement with the National Park Service, but does not receive any federal funding. The Grand Canyon National Park Foundation does not engage in politcal advocacy. Contributions to the Grand Canyon National Park Foundation are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
